Central to our success is a pool of trained volunteers, happy to donate their expertise to the good of the community in which they live and work. Many have previously studied or trained with us and are keen to pass on new skills to others. Some are long-standing professionals in their own field who are anxious that others should have access to the same level of professionalism that they themselves enjoyed.

All give their services for free and remain a key element in our continued success. As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company we believe it is important that as many members of our community take part in our activities as possible. Volunteering presents local people with an opportunity to be at the heart of what we do.
